Golf Course Information
Winding through the neighborhoods of southern Hide-A-Way Lake are 27 beautifully-maintained holes of golf on three distinctive nines, plus a driving range and putting green.
The Hide-A-Way golf course provides not only leisure enjoyment for golf enthusiasts, but scenic views for all community members and property value support for all homeowners. No green fees are charged to members for golf play. The Golf Shop offers top-grade equipment and sportswear. Golf operations are coordinated by a PGA golf professional who offers clinics and private lessons. A brand new Golf Shop, along with a new locker room and lounge area opened in the summer of 2005. Multiple golf organizations coordinate regular days for play during the week. They include the Men's Golf Association, Women's Golf Association, Ladies Golf Association, Senior Men's, and Hustler groups. A variety of special golf tournaments are also conducted throughout the year. The West Nine was revovated in 2004, and Central Nine and was renovated in 2005, at a total cost of over $1.2 million. In 2007 the East Nine underwent a greens conversion.
